For non-custom items (illustrations, prints, and posters), returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

• Contact me before sending anything back.

• Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.

• Once I receive the item, I’ll issue a full refund (minus original shipping costs).

Custom and made-to-order items (like commissioned dioramas) are non-refundable, but I’ll always do my best to resolve any issues that arise.

• Handle with clean, dry hands or use gloves to avoid smudging or oil transfer.

• Avoid touching the surface directly.

• Frame under glass for long-term protection (UV glass recommended).
