For non-custom items (illustrations, prints, and posters), returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

• Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.

• Once I receive the item, I’ll issue a full refund (minus original shipping costs).

Custom and made-to-order items (like commissioned dioramas) are non-refundable, but I’ll always do my best to resolve any issues that arise.
