For non-custom items (illustrations, prints, and posters), returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

• Contact me before sending anything back.

• Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.

• Once I receive the item, I’ll issue a full refund (minus original shipping costs).

Custom and made-to-order items (like commissioned dioramas) are non-refundable, but I’ll always do my best to resolve any issues that arise.

Handle your paper diorama gently to keep it looking its best. Avoid exposure to moisture, direct sunlight, and heavy pressure. To clean, gently dust with a soft brush or dry cloth.
